Making Quick Cards for Valentine's Day...

I realized the other day that it's soon Valentine´s Day (or All Hearts Day as we call it in Sweden). So what to do when you're in a hurry and can't find any suitable stamps? Well, luckily I happened to read a recent blog-post by pro card-maker Jennifer McGuire, she had made the cutest hybrid cards with a pair of owls AND she's got a link to a free PDF-file that you just can print out on white card-stock. Makes it all super easy! You can find her blog-post here.

Here's my version of the card, not especially original as it's rather similar to Jennifer's card, but a really quick card:)

I've stamped the Kraft card-base with a background stamp from Hero Arts; Designer Woodgrain, pink paper from Echo Park.

Your cards are adorable! I've never done any hybrid but been busy with homeschooling the kids in 1st Grade and Kindergarten. Those cards you made are much nicer keepsakes than the store bought variety ;)
