Fairytale inspiration...

I'm a huge fan of Studio Lorie (Lorie Davison) at Scrapbookgraphics and today I discovered her new kit "Moonlit" and wow, is it beautiful and inspiring or what??? I think it's awesome, in lack of better words. And the backgroundpapers, well, they are magical!!!

I haven't been doing much designing lately, but I've tried to scrap some of my old familyphotos. In the layout below (of my maternal grandparents) I've used another of Lorie Davisons kits; Archive Collection Kit, a wonderful kit with a renaissance touch, loaded with great elements and backgroundpapers.

So if you not already found "Studio Lorie" at Scrapbookgraphics, go check her out...

Some eyecandy...

It's so fun for me to see what becomes of my small freebies. Pc from Singapore showed me her beautiful layout of her little girl, with papers from my Sidonie Paperpack. She says she's new to digital scrapbooking but you wouldn't know because her layouts are so well composed.

She's also made a LO with a backgroundpaper from my kit "Joyful", such a clean and lovely composition, don't you think... Thank you Pc for letting me show your work on my blog:)

A new paperpack...

Finally I've finished my paperpack... After deleting a lot of papers that I've done these last few days, I'm now rather pleased with the final six. I've changed colorswatch and it feels much better now. I've even done a layout to test them together, its my little nephew Edwin again, this time he plays his favourite game in the photo, peekaboo I think its called in english? He's one year old and has recently learned to walk, so he's everywhere at the moment, trying to climb the walls, LOL, my sister is totally exhausted.

Its late in my part of the world so I have to go to bed now, but I just wanted to finish this first. So without further delay I give you the download, have a nice evening:)

Working on new stuff..

I've been listening all day to Aimee Anne Duffy singing "I'm scared", I guess most of you know the song? You've probably heard "Mercy" in any case, that is if you live in Europe. Don't think she has hit it in the USA yet. Well, I just love this song, so its sort of ringing in my head while I write this, LOL.

Anyway, I'm working on a little minikit, don't know if its any good or not yet, seems like I abort every project I'm working on at the moment. I made a layout, I used one of fei-fei's wonderful templates, with papers and elements of my new kit. I will finish it in a day or two I think, what do you think, will it do? Be honest...

Have a nice friday evening, I'm going to cook dinner for my hubby now... but he has to make the dishes...

I'm longing for a summer in Denmark...

We, my DH and I, had a wonderful summer vacation last year in Denmark. Beautiful days by the sea and delishous food, so relaxing. All the photos on my layout below comes from the trip, lovely memories... (its a scraplift from a ksharonk-layout)

I'm sort of stuck in my work with the paperpack, no inspiration at all, and I will not put a freebie on my blog that I'm not really pleased with. So there will not be any freebies in a while, I think, its just too lovely spring weather at the moment also, LOL.

Enjoy spring, (and occational snowstorms and rain), wish you all a happy day:)
